N300 Anson for auction on ebay - same old stuff -

The auction description is as follows:

I am selling my card collection here on ebay. This card is being sold as is. I have had them for a while, so good luck . I accept only Money orders and cashiers checks. Payment must be received 7 days after auction ends.If you have less than a feedback of 10 please contact me before bidding or your bid will be canceled. Up for bids is this 1895 Mayo Cap Anson it is in vgex condition with no creases. Take a look at the scan that is the card you will receive. All sales final. Please add 5.00 for priority shipping with delivery confirmation. Please check out my other great cards up for auction thanks.

I don't know why I even bother but I emailed the seller the following:

I see you put the statement "all sales final". Does that mean that you wont stand behind the authenticity of this being an original 1895 Mayo and not a reprint?


The reply was -

I can not guarantee the card will grade all sales are final no matter what


Isn't there something in the ebay rules that state this idiot has to make a disclaimer stating "it could be a reprint?" I guess that if there was some type of rule that ebay wouldn't do anything about slugs like this anyway.

Please excuse my poor choice of slanderous words for the seller as I didn't want to offend anyone with what I really wanted to say.
