steve kIMHO there is only one way that ebay will decide not to do something - if that way is against their best financial interests. If somehow they perceive or realize that baseball card auction buyers and sellers could start more actively supporting other auction sites which will not allow cutouts, scammers, etc., thereby costing ebay revenue through decreased listings, only then will ebay "listen." Ebay for the most part has a virtual monopoly on 24/7 auction sales. Monopolies traditionally breed high prices, poor service and other negatives due to lack of competition. For lack of competition, ebay will allow these cutouts to be in the categories which make them the most money, not in the categories for the best interest of their customers. This of course only benefits them and the scammers who through deception attempt to turn worthless items into gold.
