Two types of Horner cabinets---lithographed and real photo. The real photos are much scarcer. I would rank the lithographed ones about the same as JK&A's. Of course, I'm sure you already knew that, as you left a blank space (#7) to accomodate the extra cabinet style. Not sure how I would rank them in the middle, but T3's are definitely the easiest to find, and real photo Horners the most difficult.
