Why does a "complete" rotogravure section "inserted" into a 1920 edition of the Chicago Tribune have a page "7". on it?

How does he know this is from 1920? (I don't see a date.)

Isn't this nothing more then a page cut out from a newspaper?

Does AAA grade items this big? (Hey, I just want to know who potential bidders might be.)

And if it is cut out from the paper shouldn't this be a proof? (That does seem to be the current definition of a proof.)
