ChrisI will say this, I have never really had a problem with people charging whatever they want for shipping. Especially full time dealers as there are a lot of costs that go into running a business. However, Making money on insurance that the Post Office provides to me is not right at all. I would also say that if I had a customer that was as upset as Scott I would at the very least ship the item Priority Mail and insure it at no additional cost. Dosen't seem like much to give up to keep a loyal customer to me.
