It doesn't happen too often to adults, so grab it when you can. I sort of get it when I'm browsing the Mastro Americana catalog and see all those non-sport gum cards - most of them were only distributed for a short period of time, so it's easy to re-kindle the memories of what you were doing at the time you collected them. My favorites as a kid were the Green Hornet, '66 Batman (color photos), and those weird paintings of huge monsters in automobiles - I think they were stickers.
