Discover card SUCKS!!! They charge Merchants 3.5 to 4.5% to honor them and tehn they screw the end user on claims... I have never owned a Discover card and I probally should stop honoring it thru my mail-order company. American Express is not much better.. Flat 4.5% and they take the money out of the Merchants accounts fiorst and then ask questions.. I have 3 cards personally....

6 months ago, Visa and Master Card adopted a new policy... If the transaction is over 250.00 on a dispute.. Start the claim and then close the account. Then they will review your activity before resending a new card to you.. This gives them an "OUT" if you charge back regularly.
