I bought and paid for an item via Paypal with my Discover Card in October. The product was defective so i returned it to the seller via Discover's request. I put item tracking on the returned product. Well, the seller claimed they never got the item even though I had proof they signed for it. It took from November 1st until a week ago to finally get Discover card to refund my money on my item dispute. BY FAR, the worst experience I have ever had with a credit card company. I think, in total, I wrote 10 letters and made a dozen or more phone calls to Discover to finally get the issued resolved.
