If he really "threatened" anyone, they wouldn't just tell you what to do if he called again. They'd have him scooped up and brought in.

Feeling threatened and making a threat are often quite different matters. Cops know this, trust me.

I'm joining the growing crowd and saying, yeah, dude may have been inappropriate, but couldn't this all have been avoided by honoring the return in the first place? "Restocking fee"? Who are you, Best Buy?

And BTW, I think you mean "cigarettes for currency," not the other way around.
