This looks like a bidding war between two buyers. Krause lists this card in the 2004 catalog at $85 VG and $270 EX. It's a really nice looking card but has rounded corners, and a crease in the lower left. I think PSA did their job this time with a grade of GOOD 2.

Who knows why the price is this high.
