I was lucky enough to be invited to go to dinner with a good friend, some other people and DiMaggio. I was told that I was not allowed to ask Joe any questions about Marilyn or he was most likely get up and leave. I said that would not be a problem as I wanted hear about his baseball days and could care less about Marilyn. Was a very interesting and memerable dinner.
