There is far more "retail value" of overgraded and altered cards residing in PSA holders than in ASA holders. At least with ASA you know what you are getting and therefore if you decide to buy it you can do so at a "bargain" price.

This card might even grade with PSA. Orlando's article in the SMR spoke candidly about short cards in PSA holders and the "illusion" of the cards having been trimmed.
