On Saturday mornings, my mom goes to the garage sales with her friends. She bought an 1800s etching by the famous British artist William Hogarth for $3 (including frame and glass), because it looked interesting and she thought I might like it. It's not worth a fortune, but a fair chunk of change. She told me if the tag was $5, she wouldn't have bought it.
