AnonymousI was going to bid on this auction, but the seller is the same guy that sold that fake 1895 Mayo Cut Plug card of Cap Anson that was discussed here on the forum about a week ago. Since he has sold fake cards in the past, I didn't bid on this card even though it looks real. However, it did spark my curiousity, but I cant find any info. about these cards.
I found a checklist of Cap Anson cards on the net, and one of the cards that was listed was an 1878 Robinson & Roe Chicago Team Cabinet card. I assume this is the same card on the auction page. If anybody knows anything like rarity, value, history, etc.., please let me know.
