I have been on the telephone with Yahoo this morning, making some progress. I now have their legal department involved. Let's see if they are a little more hands on than what we have seen with ebay.

"Toni" has a pretty elaborate thing going on. It is not just the website but the hijacking of the ebay ids is pretty good. It is too bad that people reply to the bogus e-mails that they think are from ebay.
