runscottEveryone makes mistakes, but graders should never be hired who cannot tell the difference between a real and fake CJ. Perhaps you have a "training kit" that contains fakes of all the major issues, ask the potential employee to identify real ones and fakes, and then have them tell you why the fakes are not real. Same for re-colored, trimmed, etc. I realize that these graders don't get paid much, but is it really too much to ask that they have the ability to handle at least the most basic vintage issues?
