There it is. The "rare" Hybrid Berk-Ross/Topps 51B Mantle. Looks like if you wash out the 51B (in this case, the reprint of the 51B Mantle) just right, you get a card that has a hybrid appearance halfway between a Berk-Ross and a Bowman!
