Unfortunately, we'll probably have to put up with him for a while longer. I had a similar scammer that it took about two years before they were nailed. The Feds get involved since it is mail fraud but it takes them a while to build their case. Then he can share pizza with his new roomate "Bubba" along with a few other unmentionables.
