Bob, this was their first big lot auction in a lot of years and seems that they were not prepared for it.
I know that your situation is frustrating but give them some days to straight things out.

Jay's opinion is a good choice, but I think your problem will be solved.

They were a pretty serious auction house back then, so why not now?
