The guys name is Michael L Martin. He is from Stout, Ohio. He was divorced this May from Selma Jane Martin. They lived at 55 S Zeigler Lane. Not sure where he lives now but there is a Michael Martin listed on Highway 52 in Stout. His attorney in the divorce was Christine Scott from Portsmouth Ohio.
