On the topic of this thread, I've noticed that some B18s still have the paper "band" attached. I wonder why the price guides don't indicate a slight premium for this phenomenon since I infrequently encounter it and some advanced collectors seem to enjoy this curiosity. Also, I've often wondered about the color choice of black printing on a dark blue background (e.g., Chance, New York). Surely, a better color scheme could have been chosen.
