Yes it is possible as the slab serial number will tell you. Until I get home and look at my slabs I can't tell the approx date though ( I think you can tell by that). I can tell you it was done sometime in the past couple years, as that is about when the 1-10 grade was given under the 1-100 grade....ie the "3" on this card. I can also tell you it was the 28th card in the particular submission, hence the "28" at the end of the serial number......so bottom line is that this is at least a fairly current slab.....best regards
