Chris, you need to learn to use proper words. First off, contacting bidders is not illegal. Illegal means you are breaking a local, state or federal law. eBay's rule against contacting bidders is just that, a rule. Nothing enforcable by legal action.

I would also be very surprised if any bidder is contacting you they were contacted by someone telling them that the card may not be legit. I've been on eBay over 6 years and have found that the only people that forward emails to the seller are the schill bidders for that seller.

Also realize that this board is loaded with lawyers and that many of us have dealt with scummy sellers on eBay enough that we are self educated about internet fraud laws. As any cop will tell you, ignorance of the law is no excuse and many of us nonlawyers here are well versed in the fraud laws.
