Guys,

I know that you are trying to help but if you leave a negative feedback immediately after the conclusion of the auction you give ebay grounds to take disciplinary actions against you. We need to get rid of dirtbags not the good guys.

eBay can issue a warning or even make a permanent suspension for what they call "Unwelcome Buying" which states "Buyers are not permitted to purchase items or place bids with the primary intent of disrupting a listing".

Sadly unless the victims of this fraud come forward there is not much that we can really do since eBay protects criminals like this.

I will however start a thread within the ebay chatboard.
