This guy apparently decided to take advantage of that great feedback and go for one final huge rip-off: selling Library of Congress web-site images as if he owned the cards, then running for the border.

I have heard of this going on more and more on ebay - the sellers build up a huge feedback over a period of time, then go for the big kill and disappear.
