i dont know if you have done this already but i would contact as many high profile dealers and auction houses as possible(especially those in the area around psa headquarters) and tell them to be on the look out for the card. i would also send the dealers a scan of the front and back. with a rare card like this they are all pretty much unique. you might also want to see about filing a police report if you can and report the card missing/stolen. you might have to contact the police dept in cali for this.
