That's some really bad advice, Mark. I'm sure you could find plenty of attorneys who could effectively argue on both sides of the issue...which basically proves nothing.

The case should proceed on its only merits, not based on the legal jargon inserted in small print as a disclaimer near the bottom of a submission form.
