I purchased this same card a couple of months ago and inquired prior to bidding about the condition of the card because of the fuzzy scan and was informed that the card had a flaw, well the flaw ended up being two holes in the card. I did receive a refund but was out my postage.
As you can see he listed it again with no description and a fuzzy scan. he does have other cards for sale right know with bad scans, expect the worse and not much help from him.
I know the buyer should be alert when buying but he obviously know what he is selling and not doing anything about it.
