Some times you can buy things crazy cheap off the Rotmans page, they do have a pretty good selection, just watch the grading.
It is really hard to get anything cheap on Scgaynor, too much action and the stuff always seems to sell for retail. I think all of ebay has this guy bookmarked.
I don't bid on any of Henry Yee's items anymore. I used to bid, but the final bid would be like 3x the items actual value, then somehow show up again the next month. I found that kind of frustrating, especially when the description would be filled with misinformation anyway.
David Bryans page is good to watch for vintage stuff and the minimum bids are not too crazy.
Lipset has alot of stuff with low minimum bids, but sometimes has a problem with grading accurately
