Actually, doesn't eBay have some kind of rule against using excess postage to avoid fees, or some such thing? I am sure eBay would love to see his emails and how he is selling stuff at $9.99 and then using postage fees to get the price he really wants. eBay doesn't yake kindly to people trying to get around paying their fees.
