Make sure you keep detailed records of everything including the original eBay transaction, emails, phone conversations, postage records, etc. Also, make sure you send the card to several hobby experts and have them draft a letter (notarized) that explains the fraudulent nature of the Mayo. Finally, keep a detailed account of all the expenses you incur, including the time you have invested.
