This law should add an interesting dimension to the future sale of the PSA8 T206 Honus Wagner, in part as the owner lives in California.

This post in no way should be construed as me offering an opinion as to whether or not the card has been altered-- as I am not. I'm merely suggesting that this law will add fuel to the hysteria that takes hold whenever this card is auctioned.
