$110 for a 9 and $600-700 for a 10 - That is standard buying practice for PSA collectors. That's the price you pay for being a numbers collector and not a card collector.

Considering the difference in condition between the 9 and 10 grades it seems like such a waste of money.

Of course the same would be true for a SGC 96 vs SGC 100
