Andy BaranI believe that Barry used the scan of the Trade Card, because that was what he had. The other Peck & Snyder team cards were also Trade Cards, so he may have tried to be consistent. He has offered to purchase my CDV from me in the past, so I know that he is not opposed to them. Also, the Standard Catalog used a photo of the CDV for years, not the Trade Card. They also list the CDV as more valuable, not that I necessarily believe it is true. I do believe that the CDV is more rare than the Trade Card, and most of the Trade Cards are trimmed. I take an untrimmed card over a trimmed one any day.
I think that the value of a Peck & Snyder, regardless of which type it is, is determined mainly by condition.
