warshawlaw Real story: around 1974 a friend of mine and I were hot on the trails of vintage cards wherever they could be found (this was the time when there was literally no appreciation for collecting and cards were practically given away by antique dealers). His mom bought an old roll-top desk in an antique store in New England. When they got it home and opened the desk, out fell two cards: a 1948 Bowman Berra and a 1950 Callahan Hubbell. Not exactly a T206 Wagner, but a nice find nevertheless.
Ahh, the old days . . . worth less but fun.
