However, like Mr. Koos, judging form this guy's Feedback, he doesn't look like he has a track record of selling garbage (like some others who do have a LOT of fraud complaints in their Feedback). He may just not be aware of it. You might want to send him a friendly little message and suggest that his cards were "probably altered at some point before he came into possession of them".
