I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU MARC AND HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS ON FEEDBACKS, TO GET A FEEDBACK FROM A CUSTOMER I FEEL IS A GIFT BUT TO GET ONE AS A BUYER I BELIEVE SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC AS A BUYERS FEEDBACK SHOULD BE PREDICATED ON HOW THEY HANDLED HIS/HER PART OF THE TRANSACTION I.E. COMMUNICATIONS AND TIMELY PAYMENT. HERE ARE SOME OF THE REASONS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY SELLERS WHO DON'T LEAVE FEEDBACK OR ARE WAY TARDY DOING SO.
1. I HAVE SO MUCH BUSINESS(A PROBLEM EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE) I ONLY LEAVE FEEDBACKS IN BULK ABOUT EVERY 90 DAYS FOR TIME MANAGEMENT REASONS, THE IRONY TO THIS REPLY IS RHAT IT TOOK THEM 5 MINUTES TO WRITE AN EPISTLE ON WHY THEY DIDM'T TAKE 5 SECONDS TO LEAVE FEEDBACK. TIME MANAGEMENT?? I THINK NOT.

2. THE WORST REASON FROM A SELLER IS I ONLY LEAVE FEEDBACK AFTER THE BUYER LEAVES ME FEEDBACK. BOY THAT ONE REALLY RANKLES ME AS THAT IS NOTHING MORE THAN BLACKMAIL AND TELLS ME THAT THE SELLER IS NOT REALLY CONFIDENT IN EITHER THIER PRODUCT OR PACKAGING.
IN EITHER CASE THEY ARE SIMPLY SOLVED PROBLEMS. THEY GO ON THE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LIST SO THAT THEY CAN MANAGE THIER TIME MORE EFFECTIVELY AND WON'T HAVE SO MUCH BUSINESS TO WORRY ABOUT OR PEOPLE TO BLACKMAIL. NOW I'LL RELINQUISH THE SOAP BOX.....REGARDS BROOKS
