leonI think that a nice HOF speciman of a 4 base hit would go for a little more than 10k. When was the last time you saw an HOF FBH, without any major problems, for sale? I know the one I have is "one". I know there might have been some others but in my scant 5 years I have not seen a nice HOF, without major problems, for sale that I can remember....probably missed one somewhere though....the one in the Lipset will bring exactly what someone is willing to pay, under normal auction circumstances, at this point in time. If there are at least 2 that want it pretty bad it will go high, if not, it won't. And that my friends was a boatload of words for a rowboat of thought
