The E121 Series of 80 was issued in 1921, and has a rookie of Frisch (but not Grimes). Additionally, the 1921 Exhibits also have cards of both Frisch and Grimes. Lipset pinpointed the Neilson's at 1922, but I don't know if that was ever revised.

Anyway, there seems to be plenty of alternatives to the Oxfords.
