Some of the strip card "art" makes M.P. & Co. seem like it stood for Modigliani & Picasso. But hey, I'm picky and it's rare that I think any card artwork was worth its salt. I'd much rather see photos of the players as opposed to the often childlike, cartoonish interpretations found on so many cards. There are obviously some absolutely gorgeous exceptions to this, and I'm thankful, as I'm a big fan of the times where the artists created beautiful works.
