I have one that I thought was authentic when I bought it, but three experienced dealers told me they thought it was fake. Mine is on cardstock too. I will post a picture when I can access it (sometime next week). Assuming mine is fake (and I trust the dealers I showed it to) I would guess most are fake too and very few real ones survived.
