He can certainly appear on the fronts of 1986 Topps cellos, both the regular one and the 99 cent "jumbo" cello. It's tougher to find, though, because normal collation for that year has cards from the D/E/F sheets on the front and cards from the A/B/C sheets on the back. There are plenty of cellos out there where the collation is reversed from normal, they just appear with less frequency. I'm sure you can find one if you look hard enough.
