I have a 1914 Cracker Jack Grover Alexander graded PSA 5. One of my prized cards for sure, but in my opinion significantly overgraded at 5. Looks like a 4 at best and probably a 3. I would rather have an accurately graded card than pretend I have a 5, but I'm not sure how PSA would handle that. If they review it and lower the grade, do they compensate you for the drop in value?
