For my PSA & SGC "tall-boy" slabs (T201, T202, postcards, etc.....), I use a Golden Age comic book box. You need to make sure the box is for "Golden Age" comics.....i.e., 8 7/8"-9" wide interior. Also, I find that the "short" box is best at ~15" long interior length, due to the weight of the contents when full.

I cut the box down to about 8 1/2" tall (from the normal ~12"-12 1/2" tall. Then, I take one of the 3 1/2"-4" wide pieces I cut from one of the sides, and shorten it so it fits in the box as a length-wise divider. You don't have to make any alterations to the lid, as you aren't changing the box's length or width.

The box will then perfectly fit PSA & SGC tall-boy holders, in two rows of 55-57 holders each. Beckett holders are wider than PSA & SGC, and won't fit normally.

For my "Super-Size" holders (T3), I use a Silver-Age comic book box. It is about 7 1/2" interior width. No alteration to this box is needed.
