Actually I think that's how it
usually happens. A collector spots the card on a non-conventional site for cards such as Etsy, Kijiji or Craigslist and thinks he's taking advantage of a non-collector who's selling an item he found in a deceased relative's cigar box not realizing that it's an absolute treasure.
