You are correct sir, I think that is exactly what happened in that box. Was the F* sheet the didn't glow. Thank you.

In almost all instances if all the packs in a box came from that box and packs weren't added from another box to make a full box all the packs will be the same as far as glow no glow backs. If you open a pack and only the C* sheet cards are no glow all of the packs in that box will have no glow C* sheet cards and the rest of the sheet codes in that box will be glow backs.
