My big pickup from the National!!!
1998 Essential Credentials Now /25
I am so thrilled to add this amazing card to my collection. This card completes my run of Essential Credentials from 97-99.
I didn't find this card at a dealer table. But got it from a fellow Reds collector that I met online. He knew how much I loved the card and met me at the National and sold it to me. I've said it before, every big Larkin I have has a story where some other collector has had a hand in my acquiring the card. This community is great, and I'm so thankful for you all for looking out for me when you see a Larkin card.
I had such a great time at the National this year. Not only did I get to spend it with my wife, like usual. But this year, I got to meet several of you. We hunted for cards together, helped each other find hidden gems via the group chat, and it made the show that much more enjoyable. I can't wait for next year!
