He slept on the floor at the end of our bed. When I got up this morning I woke him up. He opened his eyes and looked up and his whole body started wagging and he hopped over and was rubbing his head on me. Then he got kinda shy again but for a minute he was insanely happy. Today I have been trying to get him used to having a back yard he can run around in. We named him Ted.

Hi Ben,
Look up the 3-3-3 rule for adopting dogs. I have found it to be very accurate. The first part is 3 days for a new dog to start to feel any kind of comfort. Ted is doing great! Love it!
