I will check it out. Amazingly just changing your diet and doing some exercise also really works.

I get it, nobody wants a major life change and changing your diet for real is a MAJOR change. The first 6 months sucks so bad you are ready to give up. Then you get used to eating healthy and start feeling really good instead of like crap all the time. Then you can't figure out how you lived on burgers/fries, pizza, pasta, ice cream, candy bars, chips, soda, and all the other garbage nobody should be eating let alone a diabetic. That is my personal experience as a diabetic not advice. Eat whatever you want.
