I think this suggests a yellow card beneath Wynn, and the way the salmon box is show on the reverse (ending slightly above the bottom of Wynn's and extending above his) makes it a match for Lolich.
I don't think it could be Ferrara even with a color shift, because it certainly looks like a light blue/white sky underneath the black border.
Thoughts?

If there was a row change on either of the 1966 Topps 6th Series slits I think there would be indisputable proof of it by now. Here is a miscut Al Ferrara with Jim Wynn above him. I would like to find miscuts of Hal Woodeshick, Jose Cardenal, Hoyt Wilhelm, and Pirates Rookie Stars to confirm their placements.
