If there was a row change on either of the 1966 Topps 6th Series slits I think there would be indisputable proof of it by now. Here is a miscut Al Ferrara with Jim Wynn above him. I would like to find miscuts of Hal Woodeshick, Jose Cardenal, Hoyt Wilhelm, and Pirates Rookie Stars to confirm their placements.
